Healing Starts Here

We are a Peer-run supportive housing that aims to restore lives and give hope to those suffering and in need due to alcohol and substance use disorder. Addiction destroys, and Sobriety heals. Healing through faith and hard work.

A Path to Restoration

We are dedicated to providing a sanctuary of healing and sobriety for Indigenous individuals across Arizona. Our mission is to empower our members, leading them to develop a relationship with their Higher Power, nurturing their spirit as well as their physical bodies.

[1] Connecting each member to a quality Intensive Outpatient Program, where they can treat their substance use disorder with group therapy, one on one sessions to develop healthy coping skills, relapse prevention and  receive medicatoin assisted treatment.

[2] Providing a supportive, nurturing and healing environment that is Peer-run, this model helps to develop their communication skills, teaches autonomy, fosters independence, builds self-esteem, while learning to coexist peacefully.

They learn to manage finances, maintain a healthy home, pursue employment and education, build healthy relationships, make responsible decisions, and develop the confidence needed to live independently and successfully in recovery.

We equip our members with the essential training and self-assurance required to enter the job market and build rewarding careers.

We provide a sober home that fosters peace and spiritual growth through weekly Bible study, church, and daily support.

Success Stories

Daniel-11 months sober and still going...

"My recovery journey began in 2022, and along the way I experienced setbacks and relapses. After leaving another program, I was searching for a place where I could start over. That’s when Hope and Healing Haven welcomed me in with compassion and without judgment. They gave me a safe place to stay, classes, and support I needed to rebuild my life. Today, I am 11 months sober, living in sober living, and working full-time. While my recovery is my responsibility, I’m deeply grateful for the role Hope and Healing Haven played in helping me get back on my feet. Their kindness, guidance, and encouragement made a lasting difference in my life. And I’ll always be thankful for the hope they gave me when I needed it most." Daniel

Jolene & Pretty

During her three-month residency at Hope and Healing Haven, Jolene achieved remarkable milestones by completing her intensive outpatient treatment and balancing a part-time job. We were overjoyed to celebrate with her as she finished her externship and secured her Medical Assisting Certificate from Carrington College. A deeply meaningful highlight of her time here was her decision to be baptized; she shares that surrendering her life to Jesus Christ brought her the greatest peace and joy. Today, she proudly serves her community as a medical assistant at the San Carlos Apache Healthcare Center. Jolene’s journey was also brightened by a special companion named Pretty. Although Pretty was a dog for the whole house, she chose Jolene as her favorite person, waiting faithfully for her return each evening. That unbreakable bond of friendship continues today, as Pretty remains by Jolene’s side, offering constant love and support in her new life of recovery.

"My purpose is simple: to help others discover that no life is beyond hope and no story is beyond redemption."

About Me

Recovery has taught me that lasting change happens when people are met with compassion, accountability, and hope. That belief is the foundation of everything I do.

I am dedicated to helping individuals and families overcome the challenges of substance use disorders, homelessness, and the barriers that often stand between people and a better future. Through Hope and Healing Haven, my goal is to provide more than just a safe place to stay—I strive to create an environment where people can rebuild their lives, rediscover their purpose, and develop the skills needed for long-term recovery.

My approach is rooted in servant leadership, peer support, and the belief that every person deserves dignity, respect, and the opportunity for a fresh start. I work closely with individuals to connect them with treatment, employment opportunities, education, community resources, and recovery support while encouraging personal responsibility and continued growth.

In addition to supporting individuals in recovery, I am passionate about developing programs that strengthen our communities through education, life skills, and practical support services. Whether helping someone navigate college enrollment, access healthcare, find employment, or simply believe in themselves again, I am committed to walking alongside them every step of the way.

Hope and Healing Haven was founded on the belief that recovery is possible for everyone. My mission is to help people move beyond surviving and toward thriving by providing hope, encouragement, and the support needed to build a healthy, meaningful, and purpose-filled life.

I believe recovery is more than abstinence—it's about restoring relationships, rebuilding confidence, discovering purpose, and creating a future worth living. It is a privilege to serve individuals on that journey, and I remain committed to helping each person realize that their past does not define their future.
